We have a major renovation and equipment upgrade going on. It’s has been a bit of challenge getting around the radio station for the past few weeks due to remodeling. Walls are disappearing and reappearing in different places, halls have changed… it’s like walking into a different space every day. On top of that project, we are upgrading our computer systems that manage all our audio, so there has been a gang of people with screw drivers and wire strippers all over the place. This has been, as I said, a bit of a challenge but today things got even more challenging. The bathrooms are closed for remodeling for serval weeks. This means we will have to use the facilities on another floor. Those of us on-air will need a very long song to make the trek, take care of our business, and hustle back to the studio. So, if you here me playing something long like Blinded By The Light you know what’s up.

In the end, this will all be a much welcome change, and maybe my “move” ring will finally close.
