Today we honor Petty Officer 3rd Class Joshua Mann. In the spirit of San Antonio’s rich heritage, we honor a son of our soil, Petty Officer 3rd Class Joshua Mann. His adventure began in February 2022, not far from the Alamo’s hallowed grounds. As a Navy Aviation Mechanic, Joshua embodies the tenacity and courage that defines our city. Currently, he stands vigilant at Virginia Beach, preparing for a journey that will take him beyond our shores. Yet, even as distance looms, the whispers of love and pride from his mother, Ernestina, travels fast. A testament to the unbreakable bond between mother and son. Joshua, a hometown hero, carring with him our admiration and gratitude. Your dedication to nation and family shines bright. Know that you are in our thoughts, our hearts, and our prayers.
