Today, my fellow veterans and I salute US Army Major Shaune Gross, who served selflessly in the United States Army Signal Corps for over 20 years. She was commissioned through the ROTC at Prairie View A & M University in 1999 and went on to serve in various locations around the world, including Korea, Fort Bragg, Fort Gordon, Mannheim, Germany, and Arlington, Virginia. She retired from Fifth Army HQs, Fort Sam Houston in 1999, after a distinguished and honorable career. Major Shaune Gross is a brave and loyal soldier who dedicated her life to serving and protecting our country. Thank you, Major Shaune Gross, our KONO 101.1 Soldier Salute!
