KONO Soldier Salute - Col. Silas V. Darden

Colonel Silas Darden is the wing commander of the 960th Cyberspace Wing, Joint Base San Antonio–Chapman Training Annex, Texas. The unit is the only cyberspace wing in Air Force Reserve Command. Col. Darden received his commission as a Distinguished Graduate of the Air Force ROTC program at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.

Tory Christopher

Tory Christopher was born in Wiesbaden, Germany while his dad was on Tour of Duty with the USAF. He grew up in San Antonio and moved to California at age 19, where he became a professional Roller Derby skater with the Los Angeles Thunderbirds while attending broadcasting school.
