Does your workplace do anything special to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month? We really chowed down and had a special pot luck Taco Tuesday today. Hispanic Heritage Month is always in September because many Latin American countries celebrate ther indepence days during September. We have some really good cooks in our company and we have a bunch of leftovers, yum :)
