KONO 101.1 honors our heroes in uniform! Whether they are serving now or have served in the past, we want to recognize their courage and sacrifice with a special on-air KONO Soldier Salute and a spotlight on the KONO website.

Do you have a Soldier, Sailor, Airman, Marine in your life who deserves a shout-out? Tell us their name, rank, branch, and why you are proud of your hero. Or are you, active duty or a veteran who wants to share your story or of your comrades-in-arms? Don’t forget to upload a photo of you or your hero too!

Every weekday, we will choose a nominee and KONO 101.1 will honor them on-air, right before 7am National Anthem on the KONO Morning show and right here on the KONO1011.com website.
