Nancy Ham, of Pacific, won a $4 million top prize in the Missouri Lottery’s “$100 Million Cash Bonanza” scratch-off game, lottery officials said Friday.

Ham said she continued to play the $20 scratch-off game because there were still some big prizes that had not been claimed.

“It still had three big winners left out of four, so I thought the odds were good,” Ham said in a Missouri Lottery news release.

Ham bought her winning ticket at a Pacific 66 store and took the ticket home. She found immediately that she had won big.

“It was all on the first number,” Ham told lottery officials. “I was just blown away.”

Ham is the 151st player in the state to become a millionaire playing scratch-off tickets, according to the Missouri Lottery.

After Ham’s winning ticket, two $4 million scratch-offs remain, along with 10 second-prize $100,000 tickets.
