Remote Video Visitation for inmates in custody at the Bexar County Adult Detention Center is now operational.

Friends and family of those incarcerated at the Bexar County Adult Detention Center can now schedule a remote video visit 72 hours in advance from a webcam equipped computer that has Windows 10 software or newer, or from any Android device. At this time iOS devices, to include Apple iPhones are not compatible.

Users that attempt to conduct a remote video visit while driving will be blocked. All rules and terms enforced by video visitation still apply, please visit icsolutions.com for more information.

Inmates will continue to be afforded two free 15 minute phone calls a week, in addition to being provided two 20 minute video visits a week, until further notice.

Please remember, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office Video Visitation center is still closed until further notice. We ask that the public remain patient during this temporary closure.

Furthermore, Jail Programs at the Bexar County Adult Detention Center are still suspended as a precautionary measure until further notice.
