Ozzfest returns from the dead in 2027

Ozzfest is coming back in 2027. It’s been a minute since we’ve had an Ozzfest to talk about, especially after the festival went quiet and Ozzy’s health became the focus over the last several years.

Now Sharon and Jack have announced that the 2027 return will get started at Villa Park in Birmingham, England. And honestly, taking Ozzfest back to Birmingham — the birthplace of Black Sabbath — feels like a pretty fitting place to bring it back.

The plan is to start overseas and then bring Ozzfest back to the States. We’ll have to wait and see who ends up on the bill, but just seeing the name Ozzfest attached to an actual date again is pretty cool. After all these years, it’ll be interesting to see what the next version of Ozzfest looks like.
