Join KONO 101.1 for the KONO Kares For Kids Radiothon, taking place this Thursday, December 13th and Friday, December 14th from 6am to 7pm at South Park Mall. The goal of the Radiothon is to help raise money to provide compassionate care to our city's children who are in crisis.

Come out to donate and remember, no amount is too big or small. Every little bit helps brighten the life of a child! Proceeds benefit The Children's Shelter.

This Thursday and Friday during the Radiothon, call the HEB Pledge Line at (210)924-3000 or visit www.chshel.org to make a donation. Every $25 donated during the Radiothon gets you one entry to win any of the following items.

• A Joan Jett Blackheart Melody Maker Electric Guitar autographed by Joan Jett, donated by Gibson!
• A TSO guitar autographed by Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and front-row tickets to the show!
• A shadow-box framed microphone autographed by Olivia Newton-John. Frame provided by Fastframe Bandera Pointe.

Your donations will buy needed items such as children's clothing, shoes, socks, diapers, books, and more, used to provide comfort and relief to the children at the Children's Shelter.

Thanks to the generosity of San Antonio and surrounding areas, last year the KONO Kares For Kids Radiothon raised over $96,000!
