Paul Graham's one-day school for entrepreneurs is accepting applications.
Paul Graham’s Startup School is now taking applications for its high-profile (and extremely competitive) entrepreneurial workshop.
Startup School, which is a free, one day event, asks applicants for all the basics--name, age, education, and employment information--and for them to share their favorite tools and the “coolest thing” they have built.
The school is accepting applications now through September 20 for the 2013 event, and those that make the cut will be informed September 30. The actual event will take place on October 19 at the Flint Center in Cupertino, California.
Graham, who has recently landed himself in hot water over comments made to Inc., wrote on the site:
"The atmosphere of energy in the room at startup school is something you have to experience to believe. Many founders have told us that this event was what finally made them take the leap."
Though this year’s experts have yet to be named, past attendees have been schooled by Silicon Valley big shots Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg and Tony Hsieh to name a few.
