HANDS-ON GNOCCHI Mary Martini, CM Cooking School Manager (For Ages18 & Up) (Hands-On) HANDS-ON. It’s the 29th… which means it’s gnocchi day in Argentina. Eating gnocchi on the 29th of the month is a national tradition which gives Argentine’s a chance to share a meal with loved ones, celebrate and attract prosperity in the month to come. Working side by side with Mary, you’ll come to understand how simple and fun these little dumplings can be to prepare and serve: Potato Gnocchi with Quick Marinara Sauce; Spinach-Ricotta Gnocchi with Gorgonzola Cream; and Roman Semolina Gnocchi with Bechamel & Parmesan. Class Time 6:30 – 9 PM $55 Students should dress with kitchen safety in mind. Completely closed shoes - no sandals. No long flowing sleeves. Long hair pulled back.
