McHugh trained at Culinary Institute of America and has worked in some legendary New Orleans kitchens from Metro Bistro to Dickie Brennan’s Steak to Bacco. McHugh served as executive chef of Lüke in San Antonio. Currently, he is working on his own restaurant concept, Cured, which is due to open this fall.
