19,250 children are trapped in prostitution in Cambodia. Ra Heng is changing this. A local missionary with YWAM (Youth With a Mission), Ra is educating & discipling children & their families. Through teaching Math, English, Khmer, health & Bible classes, Ra is instilling value in the youth & thus helping to prevent & erradicate trafficking. His ministry in Kampong Spue province has the potential of reaching 12 surrounding villages, each with 50-100 families. God has given Ra vision to expand from open-air classrooms on his family's property to building a center that will be a hub for: a medical clinic, child sponsorship program, local soccer team, church, sustainable farming, & additional classrooms. Ra is transforming lives & his nation. We have an enemy who wants to put a stop to this. Recently, Ra's finances & the health of several of his family members have come under attack. In order for the ministry in Kampong Spue to advance, Ra needs the church to come alongside him. The Lord has put it on my heart to partner with Ra & invite you to do so as well through a $10 donation (more is welcomed!). In return, I offer you a viewing of the documentary, Nefarious, Merchant of Souls.About Nefarious:"Nefarious, Merchant of Souls, is a hard-hitting documentary that exposes the disturbing trends in modern sex slavery. From the very first scene, Nefarious ushers you into the nightmare of sex slavery that hundreds of thousands experience daily. You'll see where slaves are sold (often in developed, affluent countries), where they work, and where they are confined. You'll hear firsthand interviews with real victims and traffickers, along with expert analysis from international humanitarian leaders. From initial recruitment to victim liberation--and everything in between--the previously veiled underworld of sex slavery is uncovered in the groundbreaking, tell-all Nefarious, Merchant of Souls." (From www.nefariousdocumentary.comIMPORTANT INFO:Nefarious is not for children under the age of 12. I STRONGLY encourage parents with teens to see the documentary & then allow your teen to see it as well. The average age of girls who are trafficked & prostituted in the US is 13.
