Enjoy the vibrant flavors of these Turkish-inspired dishes after you've mastered the techniques needed to create: Kabakli & Peynirli Borek ( Zucchini & Feta Cheese in Filo); Cevizli Biber ( Walnut & Red Pepper Paste Spread); Kisir (Spicy Bulgur Wheat Salad); Karniyarik (Eggplants Stuffed with Beef, Onions & Tomatoes); and Incir Tatlisi ( Walnut-stuffed Figs in Syrup). $60 CLASS TIME 6:30-9 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
