CM Cooking School Staff (Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON. Master the basics of French seafood cookery with the expert guidance of our Cooking School instructors. In-depth instruction will include: Les Moules de la Mère Pin (Mussels in White Wine); Baudroie à la Provence (Fish with Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic & Olive Oil); Saumon Confit (Slow-Roasted Salmon); and Coquilles Saint-Jacques Vinaigrette Tiède la Cagouille (Sea Scallops with Warm Vinaigrette). $70 CLASS TIME: 6:30 – 9 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
