CM Cooking School Staff (For Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON. BASICS. There is a definite technique to making this Northern Italian staple. Learn the importance of the proper rice, how to create a creamy risotto and some innovative ways to serve as you make: Arància stuffed with Peas, Prosciutto & Mozzarella; Asparagus & Parmesan Cheese Risotto; Chicken Roulades stuffed with Sausage Risotto;and Risotto Cakes with Wild Mushrooms. $55 CLASS TIME: 6:30 - 9 PM
Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
