HANDS-ON CROISSANTS 101
Steve Wegner, CM Cooking School Instructor (For Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON. The only thing better than eating these delectable, buttery treats is learning how to bake up a batch. Steve will introduce you to the process of making laminated dough, you’ll sample croissants in order to learn the characteristics of a great one and each participant will take some dough to create croissants at home or freeze for later use. Menu includes: Plain Croissants; Ham & Cheese Croissants; and Chocolate Croissants. $60 CLASS TIME: 11 AM – 1:30 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
