The Alamo Kiwanis Club Charities, Inc. presents the 50th annual Western & Heritage Art Show to be held on Friday, January 18, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at Pearl Brewery, located at 200 E. Grayson St. Tickets are $150 per person and may be purchased by calling 210-226-4651 or by visiting www.kiwanisartshow.com. Corporate sponsorships are also available. The event will include an evening of food, live music, and the exhibit and sale of original artwork from dozens of top artists such as Finis Collins, Ric Dentinger, Raul Gutierrez, Clay McGaughy, Lee Ricks, Thom Ricks and Sidney Sinclair, among others. Since 1963, the volunteer-run Alamo Kiwanis Club has been raising funds for local childrens charities through this annual event. This year alone, they donated more than $130,000 to a diverse group of local charities.
