Event InformationEach year, too many lives are lost to lung disease and this is your chance to walk, raise money and make an impact in their honor. By joining the Fight for Walk you are making the commitment to fight lung disease so everyone can breathe easier- including you Event Overview Families, individuals and teams join together in a walk to raise awareness for the 35 million Americans who suffer from asthma. Participants work together to fundraise. Please join the thousands of individuals across the nation who believe in the cause and will walk in their communities as well. You can get involved by: Registering as a Team Captain Joining an existing Team as a new registrant Signing up as an individual registrant Sponsoring the event Joining the event planning committee Making a contribution supporting a registrant Event Information You may register at any time on the www.fightforairrunwalk.org website. The Event will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2013. Registration will open at 7:00am. The Run will start at 8:00am with the Walk to follow. Refreshments and entertainment will be provided. There will not be a packet pick-up for this event. Run and Walk participants will receive a bib on event day. Ticket Includes: All Day Park Admission to SeaWorld San Antonio - park opens 10:00 am 1 hour All You Can Eat Buffet 12:00 pm 1:00 pm Lunch is served at Ports of Call which has seven covered pavilions and private restroom facilities exclusive only to us. SeaWorlds Executive Chef and Catering Department will prepare an unforgettable meal: Entre: BBQ Two Meat Combo Sides: Chilled Potato Salad, SeaWorlds Signature Baked Beans, Whole Kernel Buttered Corn Dessert: Freshly Baked Assorted Cookies Assortment of chilled soft drinks and condiments will also be served. 1:00 pm 2:00 pm Door prizes and giveaways, along with a special appearance by SHAMU. 2:00 pm Park Closing Enjoy the many nighttime shows and attractions SeaWorld has to offer. An $18.00 credit can be applied towards the purchase of a 2013 Annual Pass or Fun Card. Offer is valid to only with a paid picnic admission ticket and must be redeemed on the same day at the Passport Processing Center before exiting the park. Complimentary parking before 8:00 am for all those in attendance Registration Fees Your Registration fee will count toward your fundraising efforts, displaying as part of your personal pledge total. Runners or Walkers age 15+: $35 registration fee, due at time of registration. Runners or Walkers age 4-14: $20 registration fee, due at time of registration.
